On 18th of January 2021, Lenndy has successfully launched. All investments can be made in operators Giantus finance and Giantus pożyczki.
Operator FirstFinance remains suspended, new loans from this operator will not be uploaded to Lenndy’s platform.
Lenndy soon will launch second market platform, which will be available for all investors. It will allow all investors to sell their late loans.
Situation with operator First Finance:
As the information was published in Lenndy’s report on 30th of December 2020, the operator First Finance is still facing a shortage of working capital
and buyback’s liabilities are not covered.
An audit of First Finance is still currently in progress, which was due to provide preliminary reports by 15th of January 2021.
Reports have not yet been made due to the high volume of work.
Audit additionally assesses the accuracy of cash repayment history of loans sold by operator First Finance through Lenndy’s platform and
repayments of loans without the Buyback guarantee.
Lenndy’s actions:
Lenndy is currently awaiting for the audit report of First Finance, in order to draw up a clear action plan.
Lenndy, also began an internal review of the loan portfolio and cash flow analysis with First Finance operator for the entire business history.
Lenndy will share our findings/conclusion to investors.
Lenndy works and will continue to work as an operator to protect the interests of investors.
